The 47th Annual Parade of Homes truly stands as the pinnacle event for showcasing the best in new home construction and design. It brings together the expertise of our local craftsmen, subcontractors, suppliers, and service companies, who each contribute to delivering remarkable homes that span from accessible starter homes to grand luxury estates. With the latest innovations in building technology and trends in interior design on display, the Parade is a prime opportunity to see what's new in the industry.

This year's event will be bigger than ever as we're partnering with the Bay BIA!  Back by Popular Demain, this event will also feature a joint PRINTED Parade of Homes Guide.  The guide will be one side Okaloosa-Walton and you flip the book upside down and the other side is Bay County!

Beyond the stunning homes, the Parade of Homes has a meaningful impact on the community. Entry #1 is the 2026 Emerald Coast Scholarship Dream Home, built by BIA President Rex Holley of Cotton Creek Builders.  This home is a wonderful initiative that combines exceptional home design with a meaningful cause. This fundraiser not only showcases the work of skilled professionals but also invests in the future by supporting scholarships for emerging leaders in the community.
