Why Join the BIA?

The Building Industry Association of Okaloosa-Walton Counties (BIA) is a professional trade organization comprised of builders and companies/individuals who support the building industry in any capacity.  Whether you’re a builder, or plumber, or realtor you should be a part of the BIA.

Why should your company join the BIA?

Your membership is an investment and your dues will more than be recouped when you utilize the many benefits and services our association offers.  We offer networking events, educational classes, and membership discounts.  When you join our association you also become a member of the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.  With this tri-membership the discounts and educational classes are plenty.  You’ll also receive member-only discounts for events such as the Southeast Builders Conference and the International Builders Show.

Joining the BIA is a great way to get exposure for your company.  If people don’t know you’re around or what you do…you won’t be a success.
