2010 PARADE OF HOMES TO BE HELD ON JUNE 12 - 20, 2010

The 31st Annual Parade of Homes has been scheduled for June 12 – 20 and will feature homes spread across Okaloosa and Walton counties.

The 31st Annual Parade of Homes will showcase homes from the area’s most talented builders.  These homes will be open for viewing for a 9 day event beginning on June 12^th and running until June 20th and are spread across two counties.

Each year a central site for the Parade is chosen. The 2010 Central Site is Swift Creek in Niceville.  Swift Creek is a Ruckel Property Development.

In addition to the Central Site, we will have Featured Neighborhoods. Our Featured Neighborhoods are Lake Arthur Estates in Crestview as well as Majestic Oaks Vineyard in Crestview.

On Thursday June 17^th, there will be a Parade-wide Twilight Tour where all homes, central site, and featured neighborhood will be open until 8:00pm. Normal Parade hours are Sunday - Friday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm and Saturday 10am - 6:00pm.
